Roopland Public School is situated on the lap of nature with lush green forest cover at the south-east and a splashing river in between them. It was established on 1st March-1997. The school offers co-education hosting about 300 students starting from Nursery to Class-X. It is fully equipped to impart education to its students catering to the need of them in a befitting manner. It has adopted CBSE course and it was affiliated to CBSE in 2007. It follows CCE in all its classes. It has started Smart Classes recently. It has topped in the district as well as in the state in State Board examinations. It has been giving an excellent result in CBSE examinations over the years.

To smoothen the progress of the school proceedings, the school houses well – equipped Physics, Chemistry and Biology and Computer laboratories. A well-stocked library and reading room, a multi-purpose hall, language laboratories, Mathematics laboratory with surround audiovisual facilities vies for the attention of one and all.
